SPC-certified geotextiles for separation, filtering and reinforcement in railway tracks.

Separation/filtering geotextiles

To improve water management (filter) and to separate ballast material and embankment material to prevent mixing of both materials.

These are available for use with the shoulder ballast cleaning machine as well as for universal use, certified in accordance with SPC00252-1, KIWA certificate no. K78446/04.

Geogrids:

To increase the stability of the ballast bed and to limit deformations of the top structure and sub structure as a result of the load caused by train traffic.

The geogrids are certified in accordance with SPC00252-2, KIWA certificate no. K94256/04.

Combigrids:

It is a combination of a nonwoven geotextile and a geogrid. This product combines both functions in one, stabilizing the ballast bed and separating, improving the water management (filter) and separating the ballast material and earthwork material to prevent mixing of both materials.

The combigrids are available for use with the shoulder ballast cleaning machine as well as for universal use and arecertified in accordance with SPC00252-3, KIWA certificate nr. K103099/03.
